Q. What courier service problems should I report to KYVL?
The following are examples of possible courier service problems that may be encountered and that should be reported to KYVL:
- Courier stop is not made
- Courier stops are made at days and/or times other than those established as standard
- Pieces (bags/containers) are missing from a shipment
- Items are missing/damaged from a bag/container
- Courier behaves in an unprofessional manner
These problems or any others should be reported immediately to KYVL. Problem reports are to be made by using the Submit a Question. Prompt reporting of problems is crucial.
