Q. What do I do if I need to change my delivery/pickup schedule or time?

Please contact KYVL by using the Submit a Question form or call KYVL 844.400.5985 toll free. KYVL will then contact PBC to work out the new schedule. Once the change has been made, KYVL will notify you of the change and the effective date.
