Q. What do I do if the Online Pickup Form is down?
If you are still getting an error message, please send the message to KYVL by going to our Submit a Question form, copying and pasting the error message into the "Question field." Once we have received the error message, we will contact our technical support staff to look into the issue. When the issue has been resolved, KYVL will notify all libraries by e-mail. If you are not currently receiving e-mail notification through the KYVL DocDelivery listserv, please contact with your contact information, so that we may add you to the appropriate listservs.
We have created a work-around form that you should complete as you would the online courier form. If you use this form for your shipments, you will need to log in and duplicate the form in the online system so that your statistics will be reported for that shipment.
