Can my school subscribe to KYVL independently?

Several public schools have asked about subscribing only for the schools that want KYVL. Unfortunately, we cannot isolate a single public K-12 school by IP address, due to the state network setup.
Because of this, we can only authenticate on a district level, which means that memberships must also be on a district level.
