Why can't I use my KCTCS email and password to log in?

You can use your KCTCS email address to access the KYVL databases, but you must do so via your college's library web site rather than the KYVL web site.
Go to [yourcollege].kctcs.edu/en/Academics/Library.aspx.
(Example: elizabethtown.kctcs.edu/en/Academics/Library.aspx)
Somewhere on this page, you should find a link that will let you access the databases "off campus." This link should allow you to access the databases with your KCTCS email address and password.
