Signing up for the member portal

The KYVL member portal is for librarians and administrators of KYVL member institutions. To sign up for your account:

  1. Visit the portal at or
  2. Select the Sign up link to create a personal account.
  3. Enter your email address and click Register. If your email address is already associated with an account, click forgot your password. You may also recover your username here. Otherwise, continue with the steps below.
  4. You will be prompted to create a password. Enter and confirm password and click Create Profile.
  5. Fill in your contact information and Submit. You will receive an on-screen conformation and an email acknowledgement from the KYVL Member Portal.
  6. KYVL staff will review your information and confirm you are associated with the correct organization. Once the review is complete, you will be notified, and you will be able to view information about your organization when you are logged in.
