Key contacts in the member portal
Key contacts have permissions to view institutional invoices and can make changes to other user accounts at their institutions.
- For most public and academic libraries, special libraries and private schools, library deans or directors are designated as key contacts.
- For public school districts, many librarians and administrators are designated as key contacts.
Key contacts can assign or remove key contact privileges for others at their institutions.
